Located in the Mauret district, it's just 400 m from the Bassin beach and local shops: bakery, fish market, greengrocer, wine shop, hairdressers, and restaurant. You can easily get around by bike thanks to the cycle path along the coast. Enjoy seaside walks, swimming at high tide, and a small playground on the beach for children. The upstairs bedroom is under the roof and can get hot in warm weather. Single beds are 90 x 200 cm, double beds are 140 x 200 cm.
